Your english language is utf8 on your forum ?? Then it's normal that uploading the english language file is messing things up.
English language is normally ISO-8859-1 which is what is set in vB by default for its language.

What have you done on your forum to make languages behave like that ? Coz you only tell things but not what leads to the problems.

I talk about problems, which appear after uploading the language.xml file! Even the support stuff from vbulletin told me that it was cause by this product! And even though i should not be helped since its not an official product, the guyz fixed my database!
