1. in the user rank manager, if you select the rank you wish to add the image to, you will see "User Rank File Path" and you need to put the path to your image there. If you click on the "?" next to that for Help, you get this pop-up:

Enter a file path to an image for this rank. The path should be relative to your main forum directory. For example, if the image you want for this rank is named rank.gif and you upload it to the images directory within your forum directory then you would enter: images/rank.gif

Alternately, you can leave this field blank and fill in the next one instead.
