the problem is my forum user confirmation mail going in junk box and not in inbox so what should i do for this and wot option in above should i use as yes or no thanks

Not really vbulletins fault that. Lots of site confirmation emails go into yahoo/hotmails spam box. You just have to make sure your users check it.
