there is, its called vbfengine or something like that.... it works just fine for doing what you want to do.

EDIT: I guess its hit and miss now. I've got it running on 3.6.8 and have modified it for my own personal needs.. however, the natives are not very happy with the support, so check it out and see if it will do what you need it to do.. its fairly easy to use.
