Hi some problem or need help here

over at "forumdisplay_start" plugin. my template shows this

if ($vbulletin->options['gosterx3'])
{
   $vbphrase['sticky_thread_prefix'] = '';
}

how do i proceed to add the one for this hack ?

For the second part my original file is diff like this
