I've got a theme that I purchased that apparently is no longer supported, under 3.5.4, I was able to easily add a second navbar, under 3.7.0, it seems to be more complicated.

I have all the source files (PSDs), and am looking to see if anyone can assist in providing this functionality.

Please PM if you are willing to assist.

Additionally, I'd love to find a theme (or have one designed by you fine people), that has a similar look/feel as this:
