Alot of the modifications work for vBulletin 3.7.0.

To be honest I think it is just a case of either waiting for them to be released for 3.7.0 or just go ahead and try the mods you want to use and then go from their.

I upgraded from 3.6.8 to 3.7.0 and alot of my modifications worked.

I think I only uninstalled one, and that was a chatbox and found another one to replace it.
