Default
import the SQL back-up through mysql shell, or phpmyadmin depending on your php.ini settings this could take a while depending on your SQL back-up size... then make sure all your VB script is there and in place nothing missing... then after that configure your files accordingly.. then run the upgrade script so it wont over write the SQL once done all should be fine
