I thought down9x9 gif was in all style, seems like not.

It should be like the old chatbox, where a usergroup can view, but not use the chatbox untill a member gets at least x number of chats. This new option here has no impact, if you set it to no, then the user wont see or use the chatbox untill x posts, if set to yes, then he can see and use chatbox without having x number of posts.....

Yes it's a bug I will post right now a new release with yet other bug fixes
