I honestly liked the old one better. Your current header is seems sorta out of place with only that one reference to body building, the rest seems sort of like a bad GFX site header logo.

The no new posts icon is a bit odd as well, and I'd try to shade a different color for the new posts icon

The image in the footer to register is distorted and should be shrunk back down to original size, or a new one made
