He just bought it last night, and like he said his spam filters got the email. Most support people only work certain hours, why not give them a little more time and try contacting them again or check to see what time their sales/support is on hand.

Well, I sorta did both...and implemented my own resolution. Unfortunately, I do/did not have time to wait for an appearingly unmonitored website to respond...it is Tuesday noon, so you would think someone would be home at Nuhit? Even their forum shows no Nuhit staff logged in.
So the resolution I implemented is as follows: I first finally got my email guru to "white list" nuhit.com. I then entered a dispute with PayPal on my first purchase, logged into their website, and made a SECOND purchase of the software. Fortunately, the second transaction went through as expected, got the email confirmations, downloads, and installed the product successfully. Now it is configuration time and I am looking forward to seeing if it will do what I need.
