There's no international law for privacy. While it's good practice to let your members know what type of personal information you collect, keep and for how long a simple adjustment in the Privacy Policy will suffice.

Anyway, while the suggestion is good (as Boofo pointed out) it doesn't have anything to do with the mod nor can Boofo be held responsible for any misunderstandings that may occur.
