Well, this is an old throwback from the Chen days. He originally did this mod for the org. His limit was set to 10. Since the results aren't in there very long (they are reset hourly), I figured 15 was a good round number.

Also, this is the same exact code used for the 3.5.4 version so it should work from that version on up.
