Version 1.11 released!

One month ago I have released the version 1.0 of this modification which was in beta stage.
Now, I hope this version is bugfree.

Here the changes from v1.0:
- uses template hooks for making installations and updates easier.
- uses Plug-ins (3)
- all known bugs are eliminated (f. e. that you can only select one forumid)
- new setting: excluded usergroups

Then, there are special thanks to Andreas who helped my to eliminate many bugs. Thank you.
