i think he means that the little menu doesnt show up in the archive (only in the chatbox)(delete...ignore..etc)
only the pm option show up

my new ideas:

First thing the Defult channel for the usere
what channels the user want to be inform about (for new shouts)
i think we need an icon for the chatbox rules, we can input our own rules (it will be better to be simmiler to the bbcode icon)
the last thing is when the user isnt allowed to use the chatbox (like he/she doesnt have enough posts) he/she still can see the chatbox (to be motivated )
