when a user in in my home page{vbportal index.php} when they click the

it says Not Found

when i go to my forum i click the USer CP i comes up
but in the vbportal i says errot

the link in vbportal THAT dosent work -- [ User Cp ] - myweb.com/usercp.php

the link from the vbforum that works --- [ User Cp ] -
myweb.com/forum/usercp.php is like that and it works how can i do it ????
