Upgraded from php4 to php5 I got the error Below:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /includes/functions.php(1302) : eval()'d code on line 3

I fix the problem on one of the Plugins,,,BUT i cannot login to my adminCP unless i disable the Plugins.

I try a post and i got the error below:
