It should say certain templates need to be upgraded on the Admin CP main page. You will then likely have to revert the additional CSS part of the All Style Options for your forum style. And if they still don't show, activate the features in question in the Admin CP. Because many are set to off by default. Oh, and a few social bookmarks are enabled by default, you don't need to add them all in manually.
