I have it installed at my site, regular box works fine - the vBa part doesn't work

I get a perpetual "Loading..." Also, the buttons on the chat box don't work... Chat room change buttons, the inner frame-collapse button... they take me to /index.php#chatbox but don't change anything.

I've done both parts 1) and 3) of the instructions... also double-checked that I didn't change THIS_SCRIPT at all, even though the file is renamed to index. My guess is something to do with cb_location? Or other part of chatbox_refresh?

Edit: When I do suggestion 3 from above, the content disappears - just a nice empty module frame.
