I'm new to php and vBulletin and this is the first plug-in that I've tried, so that may also be a problem, although the directions were quite good.

In order for it to work for me I had to set the Depth of Forums - Forum Home to 1
in the Forum Listings Display Options.

What I would like to do is be able to disable it only for certain Skins/Themes.
Does anybody have any idea on how I might do this?
