I know you're wanting to wait and see how many people download it...but I think that's actually what's preventing people from downloading it. Many ppl don't like to install mods unless they are products as they don't like to hack the core files of vBulletin.

I have installed this, but I don't have it active because it doesn't meet all of my needs. I'd like the ability to physically pick the users, not just a user group. I'd also like it to be a plug-in, and not have to leave core code hacked.

The reason that I decided not to post it as product, is that it's pretty small for product. Tomorrow I'll post an upgrade with some extra options for admins:

Usergroup to use: Will be a multiselect drop list
Use Avatar or Image. If Image is choosen and user don't has one, then avatar will be used instead
I'll use the hook system, so no need any code/template modification.
