The Admin-log records all admin-actions on the users , so it should be possible to read off the adminlog table:
- checkup if time-stamp was after last-sync
- check that action="kill" AND script="user.php"
- check the extra-comments field to obtain " userid " of deleted member
Might have to do some more work on it, but I think this would be an easier solution. With regards to the earlier comment about using mysql triggers.I was tempted to do so, but was urged by my department to seek a vB method, rather than resort to hacks.
Thanks guys

Secondly, were it me and assuming you are using mysql v5 or better I would set it up as a trigger, and avoid any code mods altogether.

Unfortunately ,mysql triggers won't work for me coz I'm using MySQL 4.1.20. by the looks of it, the adminlog doesnt appear to update on userKill.Looks like a vb hook update of my own table would be the way to do so.but so far my chief concern is:
- Which vb hook suits this role?
Haven't found a relevant hook yet, but I'd appreciate any suggestions regarding one.
Thanks!
