and most important does not perform one single query per each image that you want to display, unlike that example you showed me, which is a site killer! I know, I was the one to create it originally and to quickly drop it after my server kept on spiking with 20 images. Now that I have 200 images on it, you don't feel it at all. Try adding many images to that one.

So this one can display 1000 images without a query versus 10 images 10 queries for the other one.
