Oh good your on a dedicated server.

Yes, I am on a shared server currently (moving to vps soon) but I have been writting a large AddOn/Product that will allow uploading/hosting/playing of video files (shared or dedicated hosting services) , basically duplicating youtube but better.

Its almost done but I have to work too so in my spare time I work on it.

You can upload from your control panel and have a "My Videos" section, etc. The uploading is for members only. Its 100% natively integrated with vBulletin with only 2 or 3 edits and the rest is new php files, templates, plugins so upgrading your vB is easy. I will be selling it as soon as I get the rest of the basics done.
