  1. Take a backup of your edited files.
  2. Download an fresh copy of vBulletin from vBulletin.com. Ensure it is the same version as you have on your site (3.6.1 according to your DB error)
  3. Upload these unedited files (except install.php) making sure you overwrite existing files on the server
  4. See if you can reproduce the errors.
