Hello I want to move my forum to a new domain, now how do I go about doing this the best and easity way without messing my current forum up?

Do I:

Backup database and all files of CURRENT forum
Take down current forum
Upload files + restore database to new domain
Change domain paths of forum, etc...
Done!

Is this alright and would this work?
