I've just registered up to a site which used vBulletin and after the registration process instead of the usual thanks for registering blah blah it included extra text (which I've highlighted in bold) and I was wondering where I edit to include this for my forum?

Any member creating multiple accounts will be warned and if another account is open they will be banned. Members deliberately creating many accounts will be banned, all registrations are tracked and logged. It is in your best interests to register via your own computer and not from a friends.
