Default In archive, meta description and keywords are empty ?
In archive/index.php

$metatags = "<meta name=\"keywords\" content=\"$threadinfo[title], " . $vbulletin->options['keywords'] . "\" />

But something is wrong and why are they empty ?

For example:

<meta name="keywords" content="" />
<meta name="description" content="" />

How can I fix this ?
