ACtually - just on top of every page when someone is viewing threads.

AdminCP > vbulletin options>Cyb chatbox>15th line from top "Show ChatBox on (comma separated THIS_SCRIPT locations)
Blank to show on all pages (not recommended because of server load)".........leave it blank !!!
