I find it funny that people get paranoid about these things. They don't need to install a tracking chip to keep up with your whereabouts. You have a cell phone in your pocket that broadcasts your location at all times, a GPS in your car that does the same. I'm pretty sure they retain logs of these things as well.

It's a matter of principle. Those that are not vigilant towards protecting our liberties will inevitably lose them. Thousands of years of history proves me right.
