You need to chk the server time itself, from a shell type in "date".

mail ~ # date
Mon Jan 14 14:41:29 CST 2008

If the server time & tz is incorrect from its physical location, then the host or server admin needs to correct it.

You can also just set the admincp tz accordingly and compensate for the offset.
