Yes I did that. Actually I made a reinstall and now I do get a bit further. I can now go into the chat pannel (normal user).
But I still cannot login to the Admin Panel. I get the following error:

All the rest seems to work just fine. I can login in VBulletin and then go to /chat/flashchat.php and I can chat away.
I would very appreciate if one has an idea how I can access the admin panel
