Remember that the Name of the File and the Folder Included Inside are very Large, so If You Try to Extracted in a Very Deep Location of Windows Folders, You'll Receive Error Messages!!

Try Downloading the File On the Desktop and after that Move it to other Location you like must!!

I Just Unzzipped it Well, contains One XML File and One .txt File for the Instructions!!

If you're Receiving an Error after doing the Previously Instructed, you should consider Downloading the File Again, perhaps the File is Not Complete and that Causes Error Messages While Trying to do the Extract Process!!
