As all popular forums, we have idiots.

My idea for a mod replaces the ban option.

Rather than banning a trouble maker I would like to restrict thier IP from creating another account. And thier original account would be set to the usergroup READERS CLUB. Readers club means they cannot post, or send PM's.

There is nothing worse when you have a trouble maker that keeps getting banned and keeps registering more and more accounts.

This way they can still see the site, but cant post, re-register or send PMs
