I believe this happens when you install v32 games. I could not begin to tell you the quirks I have unearthed trying to load these games. Typically in addition, these games play but won't save scores. The only fix I have found is to manually extract the v32 games gamedata folder and upload to server into arcade>gamedata folder. There are deeper issues too

It is too bad since there are so many cool v32 games out there. If you want more info. PM me.
