cookies

have your users clear there cookies and make sure there pc is axcepting cookies

another way would be to go in the config.php file and set up your own custom cookie that always seems to work

if you are using a vb advanced portal system there are a few things you can edit in there i forget what they are but im sure someone else can help you with that if you are still having problems after you try them things there
