Is it possible to run two seperate vbulletin boards that have seperate databases that share the same userdata?

I have a forum already but i'd like to set up a sister forum that has a totally seperate database except for the user table?

It'd need to have all the current users copied over to the other board.

Does anyone know of a way to acheive this?
