Hey guys remember me?
Well I am back with some new problems....

This problem has been on my forums since it first started but now it is really starting to get on my NERVES!

Well the problem is with my forum -> SoccerForums.com

Its a soccer website and a lot of soccer is played in Europe. What I am getting at is that when I go and find an article online or other members when they try to post it via quick reply it freezes and does not work until you post it via full reply...

This only happens when the article has like foreign characters.

Like the other day I was trying to put this into the quick reply.

The stuff in bold prevents it from showing up and it just freezes and only shows up when you do full reply. EVEN THE FREAKING PERCENT SIGN PREVENTS IT FROM WORKING!
You may think that we are lazy to post via full reply but we all like posting from quick reply and it gets many members and me frusturated... On other forums it works but not on mines

Is there a hack or some way to get all the foreign characters to work?

See it has been like that for some good 5 minutes. I'm not lazy just sometimes when i post Portuguese Articles they have lots of characters like that and it doesnt load. So I have to hit full reply and it only works like that..
Any suggestions?
