vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Editor Layout problem

I seem to be having some trouble with my editor and would greatly appreciate any help. The layout is all goofy and as you can see in the picture when I roll my mouse over the buttons they change to the right color but only after I roll my mouse over them. I also do not have any color other than black available in the text color drop down.

Any idea how I can fix this?
