Don't need the icon anymore. It will auto phrase the links. If you want to add media options you'll see them right under the attachment section.

I have anymedia installed on a different site and follwed the exact same install procedure and everything worked fine. I have no idea what to do next.

Download the zip again. Upload then import and override. Let me know if it works.
