admin>vBulletin Options>forum listing display options

any one can help for that problem....i want to display the sub-forum on my fourm home page. i change the value 2 to 6 ...and save. but still not show up my sub=forum. why?

and also my forum hack by someone. he can get in my admin change anything he want. i also erase every in the wed server and then reinstall it...but he still can get in my admin....any software can see the hack folder or anything can delet it? how can i click the hacker out of my forum?
