Currently I believe the feature to make members wait a specified time before being allowed to post again is global and not usergroup defined.
eg.

This forum requires that you wait 90 seconds between posts. Please try again in 14 seconds.

I would like to make certain usergroups on my site not have to wait as long, but still have to wait a specified time, and I would like to make other usergroups, have to wait much longer to post, eg. a spammer usergroup I set up, to punish spammers, so they now have to wait longer before posting.

Was surprised not to see this modification out there.

Anyone think this sounds like a good idea? and any one willing to throw it together?
