I just did it... if you still want it. Their API is a site killer. The only way to do it was with Ajax and the onbeforeunload function. It displays number of chatters in the navbar and I have a special page displaying all current chatters. Just send me a PM. No need to post it because not many people use it, therefore I will not create a product just for 2 or 3 people.
