My site: www.RobeProbe.com requires users to register on the main part of the site. But to use the forum/discussion (vbulletin) board, users must complete yet another registration form, and they must supply an email.

I want to eliminate the 2 separate registrations and unify the registration so that users just register once so that the username and p/word are recognized by both sides of the site. Also, Vbulletin's registration form asks for the registrants' email. My users want to remain anonymous and won't want to give an email. How can I eliminate that question from Vbulletin's registration form?
It appears no one on Vbulletin's forum has been able to actually solve this unifying of registrations issue. Can this really be true?
