I am searching for a mod that will allow users to flag certain threads. Once a number like 10 flags the thread will go into some sort of holding pattern to let the admin look at ut. In the holding pattern the thread will not be visible. Once the admin sees the thread, the admin can either delete or activate.

Is there something like this out there?
