Hi Solid, I just got back from my last final of the semester, but I'll look into that for you later.

Unitedpunjab, this is what I got back from one of our engineers:

Their MySQL server is crashing, freezing, or unreachable. It's definately not a Zoints-related error.

They may need to change the connection type (Turn on/off persistent connections), or increase the amount of connections allowed by MySQL.

Like I said, the MySQL errors with Zoints have been rare so I personally don't know much, but if you don't manage your MySQL server I would suggest getting in contact with whoever does to check the status and see if there is not anything to correct.
