You have to go into your registar (ie. GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) and enter the information as a host summary, or whatever the instructions tell you to do

Then give it 24 hours or so to spread across most networks.

Then change your sites nameservers to your new ns1.mydomain.net and ns2.mydomiain.net nameserver and all will work fine.
