vb.org Archive - View Single Post - I need internet help?

Ok ever since I starting messing with the google adsense, and ever since I cleaned out my "Favorites" and "My documents" on my computer, I have been having to refresh the page every time I go to a web page, basically of any site. It just won't display the new info right away without having to refresh. I.e: when I login into a forum account, reading new posts on my forum, etc etc.

Would anyone know what this is a result of?
