Ok so I have had my forum up for a while, and its doing quite well.

I tried to add a few mods, including a simple shoutbox, but it didnt turn out quite the way i planned, like i didnt install it correctly.


I would just like a bit of help installing any simple shoutbox, that allows for easy moderation (deletion of posts, and some options and settings).

I am mainly concerned with "chmodding", and finding where the templates are that i need to edit in order for certain mods to work.

Another question is, is there any shoutbox that has a very simple method of installing? Does it have the option to let quests shout? Like no editing templates, or only editing the templates that are in the admin --> styles and templates --> edit.

Also, where is the Admincp? its not in my directory anywhere, and idk if i need it or not, or why its not there. forum works fine without it, i could just use a shoutbox.
