I'm not seeing any blue colour but then this maybe down to the high resolution I'm using so it's not picking up that blue colour that your viewing. Try changing the hex value (#869BBF) which will be the blue your seeing to something similiar to the gradient colour.

Try using some kind of eye dropping tool to get an exact dark colour match so that the colour matches and appears seamless or extend the height of the gradient.

Edit: Try using this hex value #757575 instead of the #869BBF your currently using.
